Half day plan is suitable for events with 1-2 sets, small teams and clear Shot List. Full day plan is suitable for multiple looks, large team video work or shoots that require multiple lighting and scenes. Calculate the preparation time and keep the work included, not just the time when the shutter is pressed.
What kind of event is half a day suitable for?
Choose half a day when there are a small number of products, one to two portraits, a short clip, or the team is already familiar with Workflow. The main point is that the prop, clothes, and Shot List must be ready before entering the area.
Full day is suitable for what kind of work
Choose a full day when shooting multiple sets, changing different lighting, having makeup and hair done, using a multi-party production team, or shooting stills and video in a single day. Backup time allows troubleshooting without compromising work quality.
