Equipment list to check before renting a photographic studio

Short answer
Before renting a studio, it's a good idea to check the model and number of Trigger Modifier lights, perpendicular legs, wires, and Grip devices, and confirm that they match your team's camera, such as Canon, Nikon, or Fuji. Don't just look at the item's name; ask for usage conditions, backup equipment, and what needs to be booked in advance.
Camera and Trigger System
confirms the mount or communication system to match the camera. If using multiple brands in the stack, the Trigger should be prepared separately or Manual fire test before starting work. Carry the Sync cable and battery backup when it is important work.
Lights and Modifiers

Scene and equipment at the site
Always check the color and size of the scene, width of the shooting area, product table, clothes rails, irons, mirrors, trailers and small stairs. These may seem small, but they greatly affect the speed of the pile.
Create your own Equipment List
Divide the list into “Available at the studio”, “Team must bring”, and “Spare equipment”. Enter the names of each responsible person and count before leaving the premises to prevent missing items.
